Jason Sneath MD, FRCPC
Medical Director
Dr. Sneath is a Board Certified Dermatologist and one of Canada’s leading cosmetic physicians, is the Medical Director of SKIN Clinics and founder of The SKIN School.
Dr. Sneath has always put cosmetic education at the forefront of his career, publishing several papers and authorizing textbook chapters on the use of Botox for cosmetic purposes. He is an expert in cosmetic treatments with Neuromodulators (Botox), Dermal Filler (Juvederm), and lasers.
His philosophy is to combine expert service with the most advanced technology and education to provide the best in aesthetic medicine and skin care, all delivered in a world-class atmosphere.
Striving to always better himself through different educational outlets, Dr. Sneath studied under Dr. Jean and Dr. Alastair Carruthers, renowned in the Dermatology community for being the first to use Botox for cosmetic purposes. As an avid learner, he sought additional medical training at Harvard and Oxford University, the Sydney Melanoma Unit in Australia, and in Japan.
With this drive to always improve his skills and learn from the best, Dr. Sneath saw a gap in Aesthetic Education for all healthcare professionals to be able to learn from a well rounded, hands on program. Not only covering the essentials to injecting but how to build a well-rounded career in Aesthetics.
He’s not all work! When he is off, Dr. Sneath can be found spending time with his wife and three kids and their St Berdoodle, Jeff, travelling or playing a game of soccer.
Robyn Sneath DPhil
Education Director
Dr. Robyn Sneath is a dedicated entrepreneur and community builder, recognized for her warm demeanour and talent for inspiring those around her. As co-founder of SKIN Clinics and The SKIN School, Robyn is passionate about creating experiences where clients feel special and cared for.
Believing that a successful aesthetic injector requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to support clients throughout their journey, Robyn identified a critical gap in industry training. In response, she made sure The SKIN School teaches this essential aspect of patient care, emphasizing the importance of building genuine, lasting connections. Her dedication to elevating the client experience is at the heart of everything she does.
Robyn holds a Masters from Harvard and a PhD in Education from Oxford and has been passionate about teaching and guiding others throughout her career. Before becoming a partner in SKIN Clinics, Robyn worked as a professor, learning best practices in education and how to apply these principles to others striving to reach their educational goals.
In addition to Dermatology, Robyn is passionate about real estate; her other business, Bowerbird Stays, a vacation rental business, was dubbed by Western Living, “airbnb for design nerds” and has been featured by IKEA global and HGTV.
Chelsea Webster RN, BScN
Curriculum Creator & Lead Educator
Chelsea is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong commitment to education, clinical excellence, and innovation in medical aesthetics. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Alberta, she was drawn to the field of aesthetic medicine, recognizing its dynamic intersection of science, artistry, and patient-centered care. Now in her sixth year in the industry, Chelsea remains at the forefront of aesthetic education and professional development.
As the Curriculum Creator and Lead Educator of The SKIN School, she has designed a comprehensive, evidence-based training program to address the educational gaps she encountered when entering the field. Her curriculum emphasizes patient safety, ethical practice, and holistic treatment planning, integrating skincare, laser therapies, advanced facial treatments, and injectables to achieve natural, long-lasting results.
Beyond her educational contributions, Chelsea is dedicated to advancing industry standards and practitioner development. As the Clarion Clinical Trainer for Injectables in Calgary, she mentors fellow professionals, shares best practices, and provides hands-on training to enhance competency in aesthetic procedures. Her role in clinical education reflects her commitment to raising the standard of care in medical aesthetics through knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Chelsea enjoys an active lifestyle, including golfing, skiing in the mountains, and spending quality time with her husband, Dave, and their puppy, Ella.
Mikayla Cherneski RNBN
Instructor
Mikayla is a dedicated Aesthetic Nurse and Instructor at The SKIN School, with a passion for education, patient care, and advancing the field of medical aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing in 2020 and began her career in acute care and post-operative recovery, gaining valuable experience in patient safety and clinical excellence.
Her deep-rooted enthusiasm for skincare, design, and cosmetic science led her to transition into dermatology and aesthetic medicine at SKIN Clinics in 2021, where she now specializes in creating natural, subtle enhancements that help patients feel confident in their own skin. Mikayla also works in plastic surgery as a recovery nurse. Mikayla believes in a patient-centered approach, ensuring that each treatment highlights and celebrates individual beauty.
Beyond her clinical work, Mikayla is committed to educating and supporting other professionals in the medical aesthetics industry. As an Instructor at The SKIN School, she plays a key role in delivering the curriculum, sharing her expertise with aspiring aesthetic practitioners, and fostering the next generation of skilled professionals. Her dedication to ongoing learning and industry advancement reflects her belief that education is essential in maintaining the highest standards of safety, ethics, and results-driven care.
Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys yoga, dancing, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
Siena Foianesi B Comm (hons.)
Instructor and Marketing Strategist
Siena is a passionate marketing and social media professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Asper School of Business and specialized studies in Luxury Marketing from KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France.
Siena currently works as the Marketing and Design Specialist at SKIN Clinics, where she develops innovative marketing strategies, creates impactful content, and shapes the visual identity of the brand.
As a key member of The SKIN School team, Siena has played an integral role in shaping the school’s vision and bringing it to life. Drawing on her expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and brand strategy, she has developed campaigns that positioned The SKIN School as a leader in aesthetics education. Her strategic approach focuses on creating a brand identity that embodies luxury, professionalism, and exceptional client care—principles that are core to The SKIN School experience. Siena also contributed to The SKIN School’s curriculum by developing the social media and business portion of the course, equipping future aesthetic professionals with the skills needed to successfully market their practices, build client relationships, and grow their career.
A true skincare and fashion enthusiast, Siena is passionate about all things beauty and loves discovering the latest trends. When she’s not working, you can find her exploring new cafes and travelling the world.
